IMHO, there is a probability of a “second wave” of tech relocation to Kazakhstan to happen.

With the AIFC allowing seamless company redomiciliation and Astana Hub offering massive tax perks, KZ is positioning itself as the ultimate safe haven for tech businesses looking to optimize operational costs without losing their global edge.
📈 And the data backs it up: Today, March 06, Google Trends shows an increase in search for “AIFC” and “AstanaHUB” words 100% higher compared to January and February 2026. (See screenshots attached).
💼 What does this mean for the KZ tech market? Instead of just parking their HQs here, companies will need to build actual operational hubs. If this scenario will start. It might a spike in demand for:
- Fintech & Web3: Smart Contract Auditors, Blockchain Devs, Crypto PMs.
- AI/ML: Data Scientists and ML Engineers to tap into local talent.
- Core Engineering: Senior/Mid-level Go, Python, Java, and Mobile devs.
- Global PMs: Product managers who know how to scale products for MENA/global markets from a CIS base
